About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and creative roles
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners
- Leverage the Talent Intelligence Layer for data-backed insights
- Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies
- Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and scale repeatable, AI-enabled workflows
- Drive adoption of recruitment technologies
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Share best practices and elevate team capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience hiring across multiple teams (technical, commercial, creative)
- Strong English communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools
- Experience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape sourcing strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
