Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with partners across various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment between business goals and software development efforts.
Prioritize User Stories, Bugs and enhancements, with Application Owner.
Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the most current business priorities.
Work closely with development teams, providing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to plan and coordinate product releases.
Supervise product performance and capture feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally within software development or IT environments.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Proven understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Change Management principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); experience with data analytics tools and business information systems is a plus.
