Key responsibilities & impact

Perform advanced troubleshooting, conversions, installations, and maintenance of gaming machines, signs, and controllers
Resolve complex issues independently or in collaboration with technical support
Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior Field Service Technicians
Conduct and document Pre-Site Surveys, ensuring thorough planning for upcoming service activities
Analyze and report recurring service challenges and implement corrective actions
Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock for field operations
Collaborate closely with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions and uphold Aristocrat’s customer service standards
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company protocols in all field activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Preferred associate degree or equivalent work experience in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent technical role
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues
Strong communication and mentorship skills
Willingness to travel extensively as needed
