About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading system implementation projects with a focus on delivering outstanding value to customers.
- Coordinating the installation of hardware and software products across various customer locations, including marketing, operations, accounting, and table game systems.
- Translating customer and application requirements into actionable technical and operational results.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, achievements, and schedules to ensure clear communication with all partners.
- Conducting regular project meetings, tracking progress, and proactively resolving challenges.
- Identifying lessons learned to consistently improve project management methodologies and outcomes.
- Being the primary point of contact for customers, handling their expectations and ensuring their happiness.
- Championing positive relationships with internal teams and vendors, preparing and communicating status reports, and providing on-site and remote support during project go-lives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-5+ years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or related technical delivery.
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and guidelines (e.g., Agile, PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or technology industries is preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, as needed for customer implementations.
- Eligibility to acquire and maintain required gaming licenses across jurisdictions.
