About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns that aim to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Help deliver exciting experiences to players while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative gaming environment.
  • Assist in the execution of a variety of GameOps activities, including in-app promotions and engagement events, sales and special offers, community content, push notifications, emails, and external communications, new content launches and feature announcements, retention campaigns and player journey support.
  • Help prepare campaign assets and configuration details.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure smooth and error-free execution.
  • Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and organize campaign results.
  • Learn and work with internal tools to help manage campaigns efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Basic knowledge of data and KPIs is a plus (SQL is a bonus but not required)
  • Interest in mobile and/or Facebook games (F2P or social casino is a bonus)
  • Some experience (internship, academic projects, or entry-level role) in games, marketing, digital products, or operations is a plus
