About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and implementation of cyber security roadmaps and reference architectures for enterprise and product environments
Provide technical support and guidance to leadership and internal customers related to cyber security architecture best practices
Define security architectures, frameworks, and standards that align with business objectives and support the overall security posture
Apply SABSA best practices to design security architectures
Drive security architecture standardization
Assist in the selection of new security technologies and define secure architecture design for deployment
Review, redesign, and approve architecture design from other areas of the business
Ensure that security capabilities are tested regularly
Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in an Enterprise Security Architect role
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or SABSA
Strong understanding of network design, client/server architecture and cloud security across multiple cloud providers
Familiarity with SABSA framework
Understanding of security technologies, standards, and frameworks, including NIST
Experience with threat modeling and developing architecture documentation and designs
Must be able to develop presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences
Clear and effective communication skills
