About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop sales and support staff to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Lead and drive new business development in key regions,
  • Make final decisions on sales deals within established guidelines
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance management in accordance with company standards
  • Develop and handle annual financial plans in collaboration with key collaborators
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, recommending and implementing effective sales programs
  • Develop and maintain connections with important customers, uncovering new business opportunities
  • Assist sales representatives with organizational skills, account strategies, and territory planning
  • Facilitate weekly sales forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the gaming industry, including 5+ years in field sales and/or sales leadership
  • Ability to exceed sales targets with a strong customer-focused, solution-selling approach
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and related efficiency tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain gaming licensure and maintain confidentiality.
