About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop sales and support staff to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Lead and drive new business development in key regions,
- Make final decisions on sales deals within established guidelines
- Direct staffing, training, and performance management in accordance with company standards
- Develop and handle annual financial plans in collaboration with key collaborators
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, recommending and implementing effective sales programs
- Develop and maintain connections with important customers, uncovering new business opportunities
- Assist sales representatives with organizational skills, account strategies, and territory planning
- Facilitate weekly sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of sales experience in the gaming industry, including 5+ years in field sales and/or sales leadership
- Ability to exceed sales targets with a strong customer-focused, solution-selling approach
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and related efficiency tools
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently or as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to acquire and maintain gaming licensure and maintain confidentiality.
