About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a sales territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Service existing customers and seek out new business opportunities.
- Display knowledge of company products and promote and sell games, recurring revenue products, and Meter/Access.
- Infiltrate the assigned market by identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective target accounts.
- Review and submit business expense reports in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Team to develop strategies for individual accounts and territories.
- Develop systems for targeting accounts and participate in customer relations.
- Maintain accountability and tracking systems to meet sales targets.
- Accurately report specific sales forecasting to Regional Sales Director/VPs.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes and business proposals.
- Present and showcase the company’s products using P.O.S. materials and presentation kits.
- Close sales in accordance with agreed goals and strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 7+ years of sales experience within gaming or a similar field.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Technical knowledge to showcase the company's games and systems products and answer customer questions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Creative, innovative, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities.
- Project leadership and team participation skills.
- Professional image and appearance.
- Diligent and organized.
- Self-motivated with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and be team-oriented.
