VP, Aggregation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and complete the global aggregation strategic vision and commercial growth, aligning with company product and market expansion objectives
- Own aggregation-related commercial performance, including margin optimization, supplier return on investment, and portfolio profitability
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic aggregation initiatives, including partnering with the global Aristocrat Product team for curated studio programs and content pipelines
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Interactive Senior Leadership team
- Own and evolve the IGNITE strategy, ensuring a scalable pipeline of emerging studios aligned to Aggregation growth and differentiation objectives
- Lead or coordinate complex commercial negotiations, including revenue share models, exclusivity frameworks, and long-term strategic partnerships
- Define partner segmentation and engagement models, from high-volume strategic suppliers to innovation-led studios, including those within the IGNITE ecosystem
- Ensure ongoing optimization of partner performance through structured reviews, portfolio analysis, and data-led decision making
- Define the aggregation platform vision and roadmap collaboratively with Product and Engineering leadership
- Coordinate onboarding, technical integration, certification, and lifecycle management of third-party content at enterprise scale
- Ensure seamless content distribution, strong platform stability, API-first architecture, and high service levels for internal operators and external clients
- Ensure IGNITE studios are effectively coordinated within the aggregation platform, enabling scalable onboarding, distribution, and performance management
- Direct aggregation growth plans across regulated markets worldwide, customizing content and collaboration approaches to meet local needs
- Anticipate and handle regulatory change, ensuring aggregation remains compliant without sacrificing commercial agility
- Enable cross-market distribution and leverage the company’s global footprint to improve content reach and returns
- Define important metrics and governance frameworks across aggregation, suppliers, and studios
- Use insights to prioritize roadmap decisions, studio investments, and portfolio rationalization decisions
- Coordinate performance and return on investment of IGNITE studios, using data to inform investment, scaling, and portfolio prioritization decisions
- Represent the business as an executive leader in aggregation at industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic forums
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation hubs, studio communities, and industry bodies
- Position the organization as a preferred aggregation partner for both established and emerging studios
- Build and lead high-performing global teams
- Develop leadership capability and succession within the aggregation team
- Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and innovation within a complex, global matrixed organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years’ experience in iGaming, gaming platforms, digital marketplaces, or adjacent industries
- Senior leadership experience (Director / VP level) with aggregation, platform, or ecosystem ownership
- Strong commercial and negotiation capability within complex partnership models
- Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes
- Experience running or sponsoring studio incubation/acceleration programs
- Multi-vertical exposure (casino, live casino, instant games, sportsbook)
- Ability to work a hybrid work pattern of 3 days a week in our central London office
