Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of payroll management experience with a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field, with equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and requirements
5+ years demonstrated ability to manage a global payroll team and lead transformation projects
Technical and hands-on experience with payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, and Workday
Experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll systems
Experience managing expatriate payrolls and leading change projects.
