About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead fair and thorough investigations into workplace concerns, complaints, and grievances
  • Partner with employees and managers to understand issues, recommend solutions, and resolve cases promptly
  • Collaborate with HR partners to support managers and reduce risk
  • Apply company policies and local laws (including Poland and the UK) consistently and fairly
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest practical improvements
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in ServiceNow and prepare clear documentation
  • Represent the company in formal processes (e.g., hearings, appeals)
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve the employee experience
  • Support the development and improvement of employee relations policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
  • Around 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR
  • Working knowledge of Polish and UK labor law
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism
  • Experience conducting investigations, interpreting data, and solving problems
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with a range of partners and perspectives
