About the role
- Lead fair and thorough investigations into workplace concerns, complaints, and grievances
- Partner with employees and managers to understand issues, recommend solutions, and resolve cases promptly
- Collaborate with HR partners to support managers and reduce risk
- Apply company policies and local laws (including Poland and the UK) consistently and fairly
- Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest practical improvements
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in ServiceNow and prepare clear documentation
- Represent the company in formal processes (e.g., hearings, appeals)
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve the employee experience
- Support the development and improvement of employee relations policies
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
- Around 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR
- Working knowledge of Polish and UK labor law
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism
- Experience conducting investigations, interpreting data, and solving problems
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with a range of partners and perspectives
