About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with collaborators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project intake and discovery efforts
- Maintain a transparent, up-to-date status of projects and provide relevant reporting
- Champion process optimization and sustain a culture dedicated to relentless improvement
- Conduct detailed project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies
- Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues
- Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure efficiency, and adjust as needed
- Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business collaborators regarding release status, timelines, and potential impacts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- More than 6 years of applicable experience as a Project Manager
- Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills
- Specialist in project management methodologies, frameworks, and standard processes
- Proficiency in Agile approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices
- Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning tools, and techniques
- Knowledge & experience working with Jira & Confluence
- AgilePM, PgMP, PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment technology sector - nice to have
- Passion for mobile games & the social casino category.
