About the role

  • Work with collaborators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project intake and discovery efforts
  • Maintain a transparent, up-to-date status of projects and provide relevant reporting
  • Champion process optimization and sustain a culture dedicated to relentless improvement
  • Conduct detailed project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies
  • Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues
  • Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure efficiency, and adjust as needed
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business collaborators regarding release status, timelines, and potential impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • More than 6 years of applicable experience as a Project Manager
  • Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Specialist in project management methodologies, frameworks, and standard processes
  • Proficiency in Agile approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices
  • Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organization
  • Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning tools, and techniques
  • Knowledge & experience working with Jira & Confluence
  • AgilePM, PgMP, PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment technology sector - nice to have
  • Passion for mobile games & the social casino category.
