Key responsibilities & impact

Work with collaborators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project intake and discovery efforts
Maintain a transparent, up-to-date status of projects and provide relevant reporting
Champion process optimization and sustain a culture dedicated to relentless improvement
Conduct detailed project discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies
Lead regular project reviews to evaluate project performance, risks, and issues
Monitor and evaluate change management efforts, measure efficiency, and adjust as needed
Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business collaborators regarding release status, timelines, and potential impacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
More than 6 years of applicable experience as a Project Manager
Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills
Specialist in project management methodologies, frameworks, and standard processes
Proficiency in Agile approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices
Strong experience managing complex operational projects in a matrix organization
Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning tools, and techniques
Knowledge & experience working with Jira & Confluence
AgilePM, PgMP, PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred
Experience in the gaming or entertainment technology sector - nice to have
Passion for mobile games & the social casino category.
