About the role
- Exercise full responsibility for the planning, organization, and development of complex proposal responses, bid preparations, and presentations
- Build compelling sales presentations and collateral to improve sales turnover
- Coordinate proposal response efforts (RFP, RFI, RPQ) to ensure timely and compliant development, production, and delivery
- Lead and participate in writing, editing, organizing, and formatting Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAMs) and End of Life (EOL) notices
- Identify areas for improving customer happiness and repeat business, communicating issues and solutions to upper management
- Optimize complex workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to our company culture by collaborating with various teams and collaborators
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or product management
- Knowledge or experience in casino operations is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in both formal and informal presentations
- Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and manage time independently
- Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language
- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
