About the role

  • Provide on-site pre and post installation & support for Aristocrats Venue Management Systems, Applications & Web-based products
  • Build and install software on machines (EGM’s, Workstations, Servers)
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Manage Client calls applying our Call Management System (Sales Force)
  • Update call tickets with necessary information in line with our service levels and bring up when appropriate to our Senior Engineers
  • Liaise with customers to ensure visits are timely and impactful
  • Ensure a professional image when in the presence of Customers and that their requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Liaise and work with internal resources to deliver client requirements i.e., Service Technicians
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Participate in and support the overall CXS strategy.

Requirements

  • Epic customer service skills
  • A love of helping people and an appetite to learn
  • Experience building & configuring operating system workstations and servers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience with VMware, Linux & Windows (Server and Workstation) software advantageous
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CMS tool advantageous
  • Combination of software and hardware experience advantageous.
