Key responsibilities & impact

Provide an expert level medication therapy consultation to patients and providers
Collaborate with the Engineering team to improve Arine’s software platform
Supervise the Clinical Care support team
Evaluate, assess, and document patient data in Arine’s software platform
Complete medication review and adherence counseling appointments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
Virginia Licensed Pharmacist and in good standing
Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience
Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions
Ability to engage with patients, promote adherence
Knowledge of chronic disease states
