About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join a strong team of clinicians, data scientists, and engineers
Help develop and maintain Arine’s software platform to optimize patient outcomes
Supervise and maintain the clinical quality of our product content
Assist in clinical program development
Serve as a liaison for patients and outside providers on product enhancements
Maintain awareness of emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices
Promote cooperation and effective communication within the team and with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
Licensed by a Board of Pharmacy and in good standing
Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience
Board certified in a relevant area
Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions with respect to age and disease-state specific considerations
Knowledge of chronic disease states, such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, HIV, ESRD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders
Has knowledge of influence of patient’s age, sex, concomitant disease states, concurrent drug therapy, foods and diagnostic procedures on drug activity and disposition
Has knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility
Understanding and experience implementing CMS, PQA, HEDIS measures including but not limited to MTM, Part D Adherence, Statin Starts (SUPD/SPC), and Part C measures
Has knowledge of prescription and non-prescription drugs and their indications, efficacy, dosage, mechanisms of action, major contraindications and potential side effects
Willingness to be taught/learn new skills
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time, with no restrictions for keyboarding
Ability to organize and set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with clients and internal team
Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions in order to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively within a team and foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
