About the role
- You will own the roadmap and execution for specific features within the Arine clinical portal, working closely with our pharmacist end users to deliver intuitive, effective tools.
- You will identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into our clinical products, enabling more efficient and effective clinical workflows.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, engineering, data science, and design to deliver product enhancements.
- You will conduct user research with pharmacists and care teams to understand their needs and validate product hypotheses.
- You will write detailed product requirements and user stories that guide engineering delivery.
- You will support the sales team with customer demos and presentations as needed.
- You will define and track key metrics for your product features to measure success and impact.
- You will work with product marketing on feature launches, including positioning, training materials, and customer communications.
- You will build relationships with customers using your features, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in product management with experience shipping successful products in healthcare or related industries.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI, and understanding of how to apply these capabilities to solve real-world problems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience gathering user requirements and translating them into detailed product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
