About the role
- Report to the Senior Data Analyst/Team Lead and work within the Data Integrity team
- Develop and implement data-driven analytics for one or more product offerings
- Conduct in-depth analyses of incoming data files and Production tables
- Perform thorough checks for data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity
- Provide meaningful interpretation of metrics and trends and translate raw data into operational insights
- Act as interface between clients and cross-functional teams (engineers, customer success, product)
- Manage data analysis projects specific to data integrity, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, reliability and completeness
- Write efficient SQL queries, perform deep-dive analyses and develop repeatable processes for conducting thorough data checks
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings
- Collaborate with data science, customer success, and product teams to resolve data quality issues and facilitate resubmission of corrected files
- Develop subject-matter expertise in product offerings and supporting operational and performance data
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation defining acceptance criteria aligned with business needs and system requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Previous experience working with Healthcare data preferred (eligibility, pharmacy claims or medical claims data)
- Demonstrated ability in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting multiple large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights specific to data quality and accuracy
- Basic SQL proficiency required; experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Proven ability to act autonomously, take initiative and be innovative in your approach to data analysis
- Substantiated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems under tight deadlines and limited resources
- Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including ability to present complex technical findings clearly to varied audiences
- Ability to pass a background check
