About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single point-of-contact for all Task Order-related activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Monitor and report project performance, including schedule, milestones, risk management, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with the J62FG PMO, government stakeholders, and contractor teams to resolve technical and administrative issues.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and skill sets are assigned and maintained for the task order.
  • Track contractor personnel onboarding/offboarding and access expiration dates for AMPS systems.
  • Submit required reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), staffing reports, and other documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all DOD/DLA-approved AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide presentations, track action items, and maintain documentation in approved repositories.
  • Support transition-in and transition-out activities for the task order, ensuring knowledge transfer to government personnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must hold Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Must have Project Management Certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • 5 years of experience with SAP GRC and/or SAP Application Security sustainment or implementation when supporting the SAP related tasks (preferred).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with, or knowledge of, cloud environments (preferred).
  • Relevant Computing Environment (CE) Certification in SAP (e.g., C_AUDSEC_731, C_GRCAC_10, C_SECAUTH_20, or P_TSEC10_75) (preferred).
