About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source resumes and candidate profiles from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online platforms
  • Review candidate profiles to assess fit for open positions
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Communicate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs
  • Provide regular updates on sourced candidates and their status
  • Assist in creating candidate shortlists for review by hiring managers
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Familiarity with programming languages (C#, Java, Python)
  • Familiarity with frameworks (React, Angular, .NET)
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle
