About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source resumes and candidate profiles from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online platforms
- Review candidate profiles to assess fit for open positions
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Communicate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs
- Provide regular updates on sourced candidates and their status
- Assist in creating candidate shortlists for review by hiring managers
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with programming languages (C#, Java, Python)
- Familiarity with frameworks (React, Angular, .NET)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle
- Experience in Development & Testing: including Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation tools (Selenium, Postman)
