About the role
- Coordinate and consolidate all financial matters related to the relevant Directorates across a cross-functional Franco‑German scope
- Challenge and support the implementation of financial commitments made by ExCo members
- Lead and facilitate the annual budgeting processes (OP, Budget, Forecast)
- Monitor economic performance indicators, with monthly variance analysis
- Explain and communicate financial results to all stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of accounting closings (CAP, CCA ...)
- Ensure correct application of corporate management rules
- Respond to ad hoc requests for specific analyses (Business Cases ...)
- Structure and manage the Holding’s annual budgeting processes
- Ensure the proper financial execution of Corporate Services
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Define and oversee the analytical model in SAP
- Perform monthly analyses of the AGH P&L with support from the accounting department
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Management Control or Business Administration preferred
- Significant experience in controlling — minimum 3–4 years in a financial role, ideally in an industrial or aerospace environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems, notably SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and propose strategic solutions
