About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee operations related to PLM applications
- Manage SLAs and monitor performance KPIs (availability, storage, backups, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate RUN activities with internal teams and external service providers
- Manage major incidents and lead crisis management teams
- Implement a continuous improvement approach
- Secure production deployments and transitions from project to RUN
- Contribute to deployment strategy and the maintenance of environments
- Challenge partners and optimize service quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience with Siemens IT solutions operations (RUN, production, operations)
- Knowledge of PLM environments (Teamcenter and OPCenter preferred)
- Experience in incident management and managing external service providers
- Good understanding of industrial environments
