About the role

  • You will work on the automated and intelligent processing of technical documents.
  • Analyze and understand the document corpus (technical notes, test reports, supplier/vendor documents, etc.).
  • Analyze and understand the needs of business teams with the aim of improving the processing, transformation, and exploitation of unstructured data.
  • Implement automated document processing pipelines (collection, cleaning, structuring).
  • Develop solutions based on NLP (Natural Language Processing) such as LLMs, RAG, and Agents for extracting key information.
  • Use and optimize these models (open-source models or the company’s internal tools).
  • Design and populate structured databases from unstructured content.
  • Write technical documentation and share best practices.

Requirements

  • You are seeking a work-study placement at ArianeGroup and are enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 program (Computer Science, Data Science, AI) with a specialization in natural language processing (NLP) or artificial intelligence.
  • Strong programming skills (Python).
  • Knowledge and experience in natural language processing (NLP): NLP libraries, data manipulation (pandas, SQL), and generative AI APIs.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Awareness of data quality and data governance issues.
  • Scientific mindset.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Good command and understanding of English (spoken and written).
  • Technological curiosity and interest in generative AI.
  • Autonomy and the ability to propose improvements.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills.
