About the role

  • Design and deploy HR reports and dashboards in Workday to support our decision-making strategies
  • Ensure continuous improvement of existing reports to meet evolving needs
  • Optimize and secure reports integrated into the HRIS to improve end-user autonomy
  • Conduct regular audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with data security policies
  • Ensure consistency of solutions for France and Germany
  • Collaborate with business teams to streamline HR reporting
  • Actively contribute to workforce and skills planning
  • Support HRIS team members to promote ongoing maturity and sustained expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar activities, including implementing reporting in Workday
  • Fluent English (reading, writing and technical communication)
  • Expertise in reporting and security management within Workday
  • Proficiency with Workday reporting: Standard/Matrix/Trended Reports, Discovery Boards and Workday Studio
  • Ability to create clear, effective and impactful reports for end users
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and workforce-related data
