About the role
- Manage marketing projects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and manage the social media calendar.
- Support content creation/customization, campaign deployment, and provide performance reporting for social media and marketing activities.
- Support Organization for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal training.
- Capture photos and basic videography at product demonstrations and facility tours for use in marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
- Design, create, and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Oversee inventory, organization, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, collateral, giveaways, digital assets, PowerPoint decks) and valve demonstration units.
- Function as the primary local contact for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced marketing coordination or similar role (preferably in B2B or industrial environments).
- Proven experience in managing social media calendars, creating/posting content, event support, logistics coordination, and photography.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, diligence, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with excellent people skills and commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
