Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies:
Daily stand-ups
Sprint Planning
Sprint Review
Retrospectives
Remove impediments and support the squad in continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to agile practices and the Scrum framework
Support squad metrics and indicators (lead time, throughput, velocity, etc.)
Promote collaboration between technical teams and business areas
Identify risks and act proactively to prevent delivery deviations
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Write and detail user stories
Conduct technical and functional refinements with the squad
Translate business needs into clear requirements
Support roadmap definition and prioritization of deliveries
Validate deliveries and acceptance criteria
Serve as the focal point between stakeholders and the technical team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Analyst
Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
Experience managing backlogs and running agile ceremonies
Strong communication and mediation skills
Experience with tools such as:
Jira
Confluence
Azure DevOps or similar
Knowledge of agile metrics
Analytical skills and strong organizational ability
