About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of UX design projects, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows;
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors;
Apply user-centered design (UCD) methodologies throughout the development lifecycle;
Plan and conduct usability tests, interviews, and data analyses to validate hypotheses;
Analyze behavioral data and usage metrics of digital products to recommend continuous improvements;
Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and deliverables;
Create and maintain style guides and consistent design systems;
Lead co-creation workshops and brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders;
Monitor UX trends and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in UX design and UX research at a senior level;
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch;
Experience with qualitative research methods (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, metrics analysis);
Knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility (WCAG);
Ability to translate research insights into practical design solutions;
Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools and design systems;
Excellent communication skills for presenting research findings and design proposals;
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
Intermediate to advanced English for reading, writing, and technical communication.
