About the role
- Manage inputs to a Portfolio Management Platform system, support with maintenance and quality assurance for portfolio-wide digital solution.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
- Build staff capacity in the area of portfolio and project management. Hold webinars and trainings, develop virtual tools, templates and artifacts to support departments, units and project teams’ application of project management best practices.
Requirements
- First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least ten (10) years of recent professional experience in program/project planning, management and successful delivery of complex cross functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at the global or international level.
- Experience in collaborating with teams (physically or virtually) in an international and multi-cultural environment whilst producing results.
- Proven experience in writing project plans and project-related documentation.
- Proven skills in the areas of project management, change management, building trust, planning, organizing, resourcing with careful attention to detail to continuously monitor progress actions and initiatives.
