About the role

  • Drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 and related digital tools across the organisation.
  • Lead change management initiatives and engage stakeholders across departments.
  • Assess digital skills, adoption levels, and user needs.
  • Develop strategies and adoption plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver tailored training, coaching, and enablement programs.
  • Create user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and communication materials.
  • Monitor adoption trends, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Support AI-enabled workplace initiatives, including Copilot integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of English: min. C1 level
  • 5+ years in digital adoption, user enablement, or workplace consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in organizational change, communication planning, or transformation projects.
  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support.
  • Experience with digital analytics, user research, and hybrid/remote workforce enablement.
  • Desirable: Large multinational organizations, AI-assisted process change, Copilot deployment, Cornerstone platform experience.
