About the role
- Drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 and related digital tools across the organisation.
- Lead change management initiatives and engage stakeholders across departments.
- Assess digital skills, adoption levels, and user needs.
- Develop strategies and adoption plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver tailored training, coaching, and enablement programs.
- Create user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and communication materials.
- Monitor adoption trends, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Support AI-enabled workplace initiatives, including Copilot integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of English: min. C1 level
- 5+ years in digital adoption, user enablement, or workplace consulting.
- Hands-on experience in organizational change, communication planning, or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support.
- Experience with digital analytics, user research, and hybrid/remote workforce enablement.
- Desirable: Large multinational organizations, AI-assisted process change, Copilot deployment, Cornerstone platform experience.
