About the role

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, industry, and competitive landscape
  • Prepares for and leads client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
  • Owns meeting preparation, including agenda, materials, and objectives
  • Documents and distributes clear next steps, owners, and timelines
  • Anticipates client needs and proactively identifies opportunities to add value beyond defined project scopes
  • Navigates challenging client dynamics with diplomacy, finding solutions that balance client needs with agency capabilities
  • Serves as the primary day-to-day executer for assigned accounts, owning timelines, deliverables, communication, and task follow-through
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Facilitates productive collaboration between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget
  • Tracks scope, hours, and burn rate for assigned projects and accounts
  • Flags scope risk, overages, or misalignment early - before issues escalate
  • Prepares monthly billing/invoicing for Account Director review.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Health, or some other experience that makes you interesting
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort facilitating meetings with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
  • Deep thinker that’s able to weigh different paths forward, thinking through the outcomes and risks, and recommends solutions to the Account Director
  • Proactive management up to the Account Director with clear weekly updates on account status, risks, and next steps
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and catching all typos
  • Acts as the first set of eyes on strategy and creative assets, working through edits with the team before passing to the Account Director.
