About the role
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, industry, and competitive landscape
- Prepares for and leads client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
- Owns meeting preparation, including agenda, materials, and objectives
- Documents and distributes clear next steps, owners, and timelines
- Anticipates client needs and proactively identifies opportunities to add value beyond defined project scopes
- Navigates challenging client dynamics with diplomacy, finding solutions that balance client needs with agency capabilities
- Serves as the primary day-to-day executer for assigned accounts, owning timelines, deliverables, communication, and task follow-through
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Facilitates productive collaboration between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget
- Tracks scope, hours, and burn rate for assigned projects and accounts
- Flags scope risk, overages, or misalignment early - before issues escalate
- Prepares monthly billing/invoicing for Account Director review.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Health, or some other experience that makes you interesting
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort facilitating meetings with senior client stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Deep thinker that’s able to weigh different paths forward, thinking through the outcomes and risks, and recommends solutions to the Account Director
- Proactive management up to the Account Director with clear weekly updates on account status, risks, and next steps
- Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and catching all typos
- Acts as the first set of eyes on strategy and creative assets, working through edits with the team before passing to the Account Director.
