About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation and ongoing development of reports, analyses and KPIs for management and business units
- Participation in budgeting, forecasting and intra-year planning
- Analysis of variances and formulation of recommended actions
- Preparation of decision-relevant reports and presentations
- Close collaboration with accounting and ensuring data quality and consistency
- Understanding and explanation of the relationships between P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Optimization and further development of existing controlling processes
- Support and participation in finance-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on finance or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a similar position
- Strong understanding of business operations as well as planning and reporting processes
- Proficient in Excel and preferably experienced with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical strength and problem-solving skills
- Structured working approach, strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
