About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation and further development of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Management of complex accounting and consolidation issues, including intercompany reconciliations
Coordination of audits and collaboration with external auditors
Involvement in transfer pricing arrangements and documentation
Optimization of accounting and reporting processes at group level
Acting as an interface to internal departments and external partners (auditors, tax advisors)
Support for liquidity management and related processes
Preparation of analyses and participation in projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
Ideally a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with initiative and a high level of responsibility
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
