About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for preparing and continuously developing the consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including consideration of regulatory and ESG requirements
Managing complex accounting and consolidation matters and ensuring accurate intercompany reconciliation and data quality at group level
Coordinating statutory audits and working closely with external auditors
Contributing to the development and implementation of transfer pricing structures and ensuring appropriate documentation
Taking over and optimizing accounting and reporting processes of individual group entities to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations
Serving as an interface to internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors
Supporting the management of liquidity topics and the further development of related processes
Preparing decision-relevant analyses and actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
Preferably a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Strong numerical affinity and problem-solving skills
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player, proactive mindset and a high degree of responsibility
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
