Financial planning and budgeting: preparation, monitoring and adjustment of budgets as well as long-term financial plans
Reporting: preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual reports (e.g., actual vs. plan comparisons, variance analyses)
Forecasting: development and updating of forecasts to support corporate management
KPI analysis: development and interpretation of relevant KPIs to support management decisions
Cost and performance accounting: analysis of cost structures and implementation of cost-optimization measures
Business partnering: advising and supporting operational departments on financial and business-related issues
Process optimization: further development and digitization of controlling processes and tools

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a comparable position
Ideally a degree in economics, business administration or a related field with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Experience with cost accounting and reporting
Strong numerical skills and problem-solving ability
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with initiative and a high level of responsibility
Business-fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
