- Document and maintain records in the CRM
- Work closely with Customer Success & Sales teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in closing or account management
- Ability to identify and develop customer needs over the long term
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Proven closing ability without high-pressure selling
- Structured working style and sense of ownership
- Very good command of German
