About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic development of our CRM and sales operations structure
  • Development and ownership of a scalable CRM roadmap
  • Analysis, optimization and automation of existing sales processes
  • Building high-performance CRM workflows and integrations
  • Defining and tracking core KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline performance and customer value
  • Establishing a clean reporting and data structure
  • Close collaboration with the founder, marketing, sales and funnel teams
  • Identifying new efficiency and growth opportunities
  • Medium- to long-term: building and coordinating a small operations team
  • Direct reporting to executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Proven experience building or optimizing CRM processes
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and sales processes
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Experience with CRM, automation and reporting tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and clear communication
  • Fluent German and very good English
