Funnel & Performance Marketer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, implementation & optimization of paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Building, testing and optimizing webinar, VSL (video sales letter) and application funnels
- Conversion optimization across the entire funnel: landing pages, webinar slides, booking pages, email sequences
- Tight alignment of ad creative, hook and funnel messaging (message-match)
- Setting up robust tracking and attribution with Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel (GHL)
- A/B testing at all funnel stages: Ad → Landing page → Webinar → Booking → Sales call
- Managing key KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, opt-in rate, show-up rate, closing rate, LTV
- Collaborating with the creative team, sales and founders to continuously improve the overall system
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing AND funnel building (ideally in the coaching / info-product space)
- Deep understanding of webinar funnels, VSL funnels and high-ticket application funnels
- Hands-on experience with FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels (at least one required)
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Hyros
- Nice-to-have: ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam / EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot
- Understanding of copywriting, offer design and conversion psychology
- Analytical mindset, data-driven approach and clear ROAS-oriented thinking
- Self-directed, structured and solution-focused work style in a remote setup
- Excellent German and English skills
