About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hands-on management of all paid marketing activities on Meta, Google and, where applicable, LinkedIn
  • Development and implementation of test and scaling roadmaps (creatives, audiences, funnels, offers)
  • Management and optimization of webinar and VSL funnels for high-ticket coaching programs
  • Responsibility for core KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, show-up & closing rates
  • Build and maintain a clean tracking setup with Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel
  • Briefing and coordination of the creative team and freelancers (editor, designer, copywriter)
  • Weekly performance reviews and data-driven recommendations for management
  • Identification of new growth levers and continuous funnel optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including experience with high-ticket products or coaching funnels
  • Strong understanding of funnel structures, offers and conversion mechanics
  • Demonstrable success in scaling profitable paid campaigns
  • Confident user of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly, HubSpot, Zapier
  • Experience managing freelancers or small teams is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, high degree of ownership, solution-oriented working style
  • Structured communication — also in a remote setup
  • Excellent German and English skills
