Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in high-ticket closing or consultative/complex sales
- Confidence in handling demanding clients
- Strong closing ability while maintaining high-quality sales conversations
- Structured working style and ownership of your performance numbers
- High call activity and discipline
- Excellent language sense and strong communication skills
- Negotiation-level German; English is a plus
