About the role
- Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified prospects (inbound & pre-qualified)
- Conduct structured needs assessments, professional consultation, and closing
- Sell high-ticket coaching, training, and mentoring programs
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, including accurate documentation
- Close collaboration with marketing and management to optimize conversion rates
- Continuously refine call scripts and closing processes
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally as a closer in the high-ticket segment
- Confidence in consultative conversations with decision-makers and executives
- Strong closing focus while maintaining high conversation quality
- Reliable, structured, and self-driven work approach
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of language
- Very good German skills (native/near-native or business fluent); English is an advantage
