About the role
- Primary point of contact for our new customers after contract signing
- Ensure smooth onboarding and setup of all required systems
- Guide customers through their first steps in the ARGUMED ecosystem
- Provide 1st-level support for technical customer inquiries
Requirements
- At least 2 years in service or technical support
- Excellent German and English skills
- Proactive and independent working style
