About the role

  • Handle the company's administrative and commercial routines (purchasing and sales).
  • Provide service to existing customers and support Management and Sales Representatives in acquiring new clients, including lead generation and initial outreach (BDR).
  • Participate in developing commercial strategies for sales and after-sales.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and terms, and organize documentation related to commercial negotiations (management of sending/signing/filing).
  • Monitor invoicing for deals closed by the commercial team and prepare control dashboards for performance indicators.
  • Conduct logistics activities, contracting and management of transportation and related services, and handle negotiations and dealings with suppliers and partners.
  • Interface with other business units within the group and support areas (Tax, Accounting, Finance, Controllership, Quality, HR, IT, etc.).
  • Work with the ERPs and platforms used by the area, providing support for potential process improvements.
  • Contribute suggestions for strategies and new concepts aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and business volume with existing clients.
  • Support the preparation of demand forecasts for robots, accessories, and after-sales items.
  • Organize inventory of parts and accessories as well as manage customer order fulfillment.
  • Experience with TOTVS and Pipefy desirable, but the company will provide training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies
