About the role
- Conduct all Attraction & Selection processes with a focus on results and execution;
- Screen and source resumes;
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, forwarding them to the hiring manager with assessment reports and validating English language skills when necessary;
- Work on national and international vacancies (Brazil, Europe, United States, China);
- Hold briefing meetings with hiring managers, acting as a consultant to understand the area's needs and how to address them;
- Create, review and publish job postings on platforms, social networks, etc.;
- Administer psychometric tests when required;
- Run individual and group assessment exercises;
- Prepare and maintain Attraction & Selection operational activities (schedules/metrics/shortlists etc.);
- Organize and manage vendor payments for the department;
- Monitor, create and present department KPIs;
- Ensure all department processes comply with ISO 9001.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Familiarity with ATS such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter and others is desirable;
- Intermediate/Advanced English is required;
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection with a focus on diversity in hiring;
- Intermediate Power BI/Excel knowledge is a plus;
