About the role

  • Conduct all Attraction & Selection processes with a focus on results and execution;
  • Screen and source resumes;
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, forwarding them to the hiring manager with assessment reports and validating English language skills when necessary;
  • Work on national and international vacancies (Brazil, Europe, United States, China);
  • Hold briefing meetings with hiring managers, acting as a consultant to understand the area's needs and how to address them;
  • Create, review and publish job postings on platforms, social networks, etc.;
  • Administer psychometric tests when required;
  • Run individual and group assessment exercises;
  • Prepare and maintain Attraction & Selection operational activities (schedules/metrics/shortlists etc.);
  • Organize and manage vendor payments for the department;
  • Monitor, create and present department KPIs;
  • Ensure all department processes comply with ISO 9001.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Familiarity with ATS such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter and others is desirable;
  • Intermediate/Advanced English is required;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection with a focus on diversity in hiring;
  • Intermediate Power BI/Excel knowledge is a plus;
