About the role
- Provide strategic clinical development guidance during early asset development
- Potential Line management of the medical doctors working on the asset
- Maximise internal client satisfaction through collaboration with senior management and functional leaders
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline procedures, training, and efficiency across the organization
- Build and maintain a high-performing clinical development team
Requirements
- Medical Doctor; relevant specialty education preferred (pulmonary, immunology, neurology, rheumatology, internal medicine)
- In-depth understanding of global drug development, registration, and commercialization processes based on relevant experience of at least 5 years in the pharma/biotech industry
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel
- Proven leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills in a global and intercultural environment
- Pro-active problem solver with negotiation skills
- Must provide clear vision, direction, and purpose for the different development teams
- Strong communication skills
