About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Align clients' existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods
Apply functional knowledge with technical consulting teams to implement Oracle Cloud solutions
Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements
Identify requirement and design gaps and develop aligned solutions
Configure Oracle Cloud environments and design and document application setup
Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to other processes and systems
Manage the module track, including scope, client expectations, project risks, issue mitigation, and team guidance
Coach team members on design, configuration, and documentation
Lead and support clients through test-script execution
Participate in internal training, teamwork, issue-resolution, and innovative-design forums
Drive innovative Oracle Cloud product solutions
Mentor Associate and Senior consultants
Manage mid- to large-scale client engagements
Provide expert guidance, strategic advice, and technology-driven solutions
Indirectly mentor across teams and experience levels
Drive customer satisfaction and consulting practice growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise
Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is required
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology
Strong grasp of client data movement to external systems and upstream/downstream impacts
Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects
Strong planning and prioritization skills
Skilled at managing communication with senior client stakeholders
Proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships
Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and staying current on Oracle Cloud trends and releases
Willingness to travel as needed
Proficient in English written and verbal communications
Exceptional complex project management skills
Thought leadership and industry expertise
Strong business development skills for client acquisition and relationship expansion
Mentorship and coaching abilities
Ability to contribute to strategic vision and decision-making
Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
Oracle certification in your module of expertise is preferred
