About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Customer support: You are the point of contact for our German-speaking customers via phone (inbound only) and email.
  • Amazon communication: You respond to buyer inquiries on Amazon and handle reviews.
  • Advice: You assist with questions about products, orders and returns.
  • Ticketing system: You process requests accurately in the ticketing system and document them transparently.
  • Technical support: You handle warranty, repair and complaint requests.
  • Spare parts: You clarify and order required spare parts.
  • Coordination: You maintain regular communication with the logistics, returns and order processing teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory – customer service experience: You have several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a senior role or as a team lead.
  • Entry-level applicants, career changers or students without customer service experience are not suitable for this role — we are looking for someone who already has solid hands-on expertise.
  • Returnees (re-entering the workforce) are explicitly welcome.
  • Communication: You are friendly, patient and confident on the phone.
  • Language: German at native level, spoken and written.
  • Independent working style: You work reliably and on your own initiative.
  • Technical affinity: Confident use of laptop, smartphone and common tools (Office, ticketing system, browser).
  • Experience in customer service for technical products is a clear plus.
  • Residence preferably in Germany.
