About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate a team of program analysts, managers, and subject matter experts supporting clients on nationally significant cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, industry, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Facilitate discussions, gather information, and develop recommendations addressing client and partner needs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to identify trends and assess stakeholder feedback.
  • Evaluate engagement effectiveness and inform project strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans, assessments, reports, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, fact sheets, and white papers.
  • Manage multiple milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as a trusted coordination and consulting resource for cybersecurity planning and defense.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and program information into clear, executive-level communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree and 10–15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals from a technical, policy, or combined perspective.
  • Experience working with state, local, tribal, and territorial organizations.
  • Experience managing relationships with industry stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity industry partners or organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience developing executive-level deliverables, presentations, reports, briefings, and professional written products.
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Stakeholder management, facilitation, organization, and general management skills.
  • Consulting skills, including assessing stakeholder needs, synthesizing information, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work across technical, policy, program, and executive stakeholder groups.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain DHS suitability; DHS Suitability is required.
  • Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
  • Ability to communicate cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project coordination, analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work full-time in the United States required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination; sponsorship is not available.
