About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop correspondence, emails, and letters for senior government leaders
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
- Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests
- Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings
- Monitor and track responses and draft content for taskers through CATT and internal organizational systems
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and support smooth, efficient operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be a U.S. citizen or currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination
- Sponsorship is not available
