About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop correspondence, emails, and letters for senior government leaders
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests
  • Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings
  • Monitor and track responses and draft content for taskers through CATT and internal organizational systems
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and support smooth, efficient operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination
  • Sponsorship is not available
