About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation
- Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates
- Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews
- Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests
- Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items
- Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports
- Maintains KPI reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)
- In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines
- Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
- Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials
