System Administrator

• Build, configure, and validate local, fielded, prototype, and low-volume production systems for multiple DoD contracts.
• Install, secure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems across lab, deployment, and operational environments.
• Implement cyber-compliant configurations including: DISA STIGs RMF control implementation and documentation SCAP and ACAS vulnerability scanning and remediation.
• Support the design, installation, and configuration of complex systems and networks supporting customer programs.
• Collaborate closely with IT staff, systems engineers, and Cyber Security personnel to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Prepare systems and documentation for fielding, deployment, and customer acceptance.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Travel occasionally to field sites, integration events, or customer facilities.
• Provide occasional after-hours support during critical builds, updates, or deployment schedules.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of system builds, configurations, compliance artifacts, and installation procedures.

IT Systems Administrator

Production Engineer

• Designs custom tooling to improve the efficiency and repeatability of manufacturing procedures and works with a team to produce tooling and implement it
• Works with the systems engineering team to make sure all testing requirements are met for prototype and production products
• Works closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to seamlessly transition new products from prototype development to full-scale production
• Inspects equipment and tools to verify their efficacy and determine their preventative maintenance schedule and calibration requirements
• Assists with scheduling and requesting Manufacturing Orders
• Exports, processes and analyze data from ERP software tools
• Creates, documents, and refines standardized work procedures for all assembly processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Participates in assembly operations to gain familiarity with the production process, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on training to technicians
• Ensures that all products meet company quality standards and production efficiency targets
• Works cross-functionally with design, engineering, and quality teams to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes a culture of workplace safety
• Provides guidance regarding product design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
• Analyzes current production processes and implements strategies for continual process improvement, reducing waste and increasing efficiency using methodologies such as Lean tools and Six Sigma
